All products available through Growth Library are digital products, including templates, planners, guides, e-books, and other downloadable resources.

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the product has been purchased or accessed.

We do not accept returns of digital products.

2. Refunds

Refunds are generally not available for digital products after purchase.

However, if you experience a genuine technical issue, such as being unable to access your purchased product or receiving an incorrect or damaged digital file, please contact us so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate solution where possible.

3. Incorrect Purchase

Please carefully review the product description, previews, format, and other information before purchasing.

We are unable to offer refunds simply because you:

Purchased the wrong product
Changed your mind after purchase
No longer need the product
Did not review the product details before purchasing

4. Duplicate Purchases
